Moving inside there’s an industrial-looking lounge area.Īs for the food and drink, the menu is full of Americana dishes like lobster rolls, baby-back ribs, ice cream sandwiches, a burger, and more. There’s also that miniature golf course, with follies that also follow the sexy animal decor. The outdoor areas are separated with a naughty and nice theme - the east side has a more garden party vibe, while the west side evokes a carnival with a rotating antique carousel that provides seating. The group is billing the space as an “urban amusement park,” with five distinct spaces starting with a funhouse mirror entrance decorated with topiary animals formed in racy positions. Also on the menu there’s the option to book a night at one of the hotel’s 19 “Crashpads” for $99. The sprawling, 10,000-square-foot space is a veritable adult playground with a moving carousel, a putt-putt course suggestively named Foreplay, an oversized topiary garden, multiple bars, nightly DJs, and state fair-inspired food. The reason however, for my 5 star review is because of how attentive and friendly the staff were when I unexpectedly had a funny turn when there.
It had great views, the food was delicious and the drinks, although on the slightly pricy side, were very nice.
